It’s the first arena show for the promotion since last year because of the pandemic.The Avia Solutions Group Arena (formerly Siemens Arena) hosts the event.

The KOK 84 fight card includes ten bouts, with two KOK title fights headlining the card. KOK lightweight champion Henrikas Viksraitis makes his second title defence against top contender Mareks Pelcis.
Matas Pultarazinskas defends his KOK Interim Featherweight Title against rising challenger Vitas Karosas.
The KOK 84 card is loaded with contenders and prospects, and an MMA Bushido showdown between Zygimantas Ramaska and Vitold Jagelo also takes place.
KOK Fights TV streams the event LIVE and Worldwide! Prime Fight is also carrying the event, and FightBox HD will air KOK 84 on a tape-delayed basis.
