Paddy Pimblett sets return date after tough loss to Justin Gaethje

Paddy Pimblett says he plans to return to the UFC this summer following his bruising defeat to Justin Gaethje at UFC 324.

The 31-year-old was dropped twice and lost by unanimous decision, later needing hospital treatment. Despite the punishment, he insists he won’t be out for long.

Speaking on YouTube, Pimblett said he has no plans to take the rest of the year off and is already preparing for another fight.

He also revealed he may have suffered a scratched cornea after being poked in the eye but added that he is recovering well.

Pimblett praised Gaethje’s performance and hopes for a rematch in the future.
