Tyson Fury spent all of 2025 out of the ring after announcing his retirement following two defeats to Oleksandr Usyk in 2024. But the former heavyweight champion has now confirmed yet another comeback.
Fury’s return will also mark his first fight on Netflix, with the Brit teasing a huge year ahead. Speaking on Instagram, he said he was “psyched and ready to fight,” adding that his April bout in the UK is “just the tip of the iceberg.”
He will face the intimidating Arslanbek Makhmudov, a 36-year-old powerhouse often compared to a James Bond villain. Known for extreme training methods — including bear wrestling and brutal conditioning — Makhmudov is seen as a dangerous test for Fury’s return.
