On Saturday, at the “TwinsBet” arena in Vilnius, a prestigious KOK/MMA Bushido tournament will take place, featuring BKFC, MMA HEXAGONE, ADCC, Ju Jitsu, and MMA Bushido superstars – Sergej Grečicho, Raimondas Krilavicius, Danielius Grebliūnas, Cedric Severac, Jason Radcliffe, Adem Vashakmadze, and others.
Raimondas Krilavicius will face the Frenchman Cedric Severac, who has 32 professional fights and experience in BKFC and HEXAGONE MMA tournaments. Cedric Severac on preparing for the fight: “I am experienced in fighting in large arenas, I know that this is my opponent’s home, but I am ready. I just want to wish my opponent to fight by the rules tomorrow, and everything will be fine.”
When asked about the upcoming fight, Raimondas Krilavicius said: “I am really happy that we finally have a cage in Lithuania. I believe that nobody really cares about how we prepared; tomorrow, I’ll just show my best version, and I definitely won’t wish my opponent good luck. I’m at home, I feel amazing, and I don’t know what else to say. My message: I am waiting for everyone tomorrow at the TwinsBet arena, especially my friends and those from Marijampole.” When asked what message he wanted to give to his opponent, Raimondas asked: “How are you feeling? Aren’t you scared?” After his opponent smiled and asked what exactly he should be scared of, Krilavicius clarified: “Are you not afraid of tomorrow? Everyone is afraid of something.” Cedric Severac, smiling, responded that fear is not something he experiences as he has never been afraid of anything.
Sergej Grecicho was supposed to fight an Italian fighter, but due to personal reasons, he was replaced by Georgian wrestler Adem Vashakmadze. During the press conference, Sergej Grecicho said: “I know my opponent is strong, both physically and mentally, but I do more than just wrestle – I strike as well, so tomorrow promises to be a very interesting fight. I always feel great joy when I get to fight, but the greatest pleasure comes from knowing that I will be fighting in my city, Vilnius. I want to thank my opponent for agreeing to fight me on such short notice. I’m really glad that my opponent is polite and respectful, which makes me even more excited to fight him tomorrow. See you tomorrow.”
Adem Vashakmadze: “I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in this tournament. My favorite fighting technique is wrestling, and most importantly, I hope that all the fights tomorrow end well, without any serious injuries to the athletes. I wish everyone the best of luck, and we’ll see the rest tomorrow.”
Another equally exciting fight will be between Danielius Grėbliunas and Brit Jason Radcliffe.
Danielius Grėbliunas, ADCC European Grappling Champion and one of the best Ju Jitsu masters in Lithuania, will face the experienced Brit Jason Radcliffe, who has 26 professional fights and is known for his knockouts. During the press conference, Grėbliunas admitted: “Although I feel some pressure because tomorrow will be my pro-debut, I wrestle, I strike, and I am fully prepared. I trained intensely for eight weeks, working according to plan. I feel great, I am ready, and I believe in my victory. The cage will show everything tomorrow.”
Meanwhile, Radcliffe, known for his aggressive fighting style, did not hold back during the press conference: “I hope tomorrow brings a really good fight. Preparation went well, IQ, energy – it’s through the roof. Although I’ve had quite a few problems recently, tomorrow you will see the real Jason Radcliffe, the ‘killer’ will strike again (smiles). I want to thank my opponent. Preparation involves many things, but all of that doesn’t matter – the most important thing is if you ‘signed up’ for the fight, go for it. I don’t have much to say to my opponent; tomorrow, we’ll speak the universal language.”
