On March 16th in Vilnius, at the ASG Arena “Sparta Gym” student Raimondas Avlasevicius will meet with experienced Swiss fighter Manuel Rifa. The Swiss is far from a newcomer in the KOK ring, having already proven his worth by defeating Raimondas’ teammate Henrikas Viksraitis. Both fighters are well known for their exceptionally strong fighting techniques, making this an intriguing duel for all of us.
Raimondas, who holds the first place in KOK rankings, says: “although Rifa is known for his technical skills and physical preparation, there are no unbeatable opponents, the most important thing is to be able to exploit the opponent’s mistakes and use your own strengths. I am fully prepared and have a clear plan that we are developing with the coach.”
“The preparation for the KOK’120 World Series tournament in Vilnius is going very intensively,” says R. Avlasevicius, and when asked what kind of donuts he is eating this time, he answers with a smile on his face, “unfortunately, this time I am mercilessly losing weight. So, for now, I have to wait on the donuts.”
Swiss Manuel Rifa is an experienced fighter, and due to his tall stature, physical strength, and technical skills, is considered a very strong opponent in the middleweight category. He is known for his exceptional physical preparation and tactical insight. About the preparation for the fight, Manuel Rifa states: “I am ready to win again against a representative of one of Lithuania’s best clubs. The opportunity to fight against such high-level opponents only proves my strength. I will meet you on March 16th, Raimondas, beware, I am coming for you!”
