KOK returns home to the Siemens Arena in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius this Saturday September 26 for the third KOK Classic.

The promotion updated the fight card for the multi-discipline event, which features professional boxing, KOK Rules Kickboxing, and mixed martial arts to be fought under MMA Bushido and ZST Rules.

Fifteen bouts are confirmed for Saturday’s event, with others tentatively scheduled as Kickboxing Z went to press.

The Sweet Science

2012 Olympic Bronze Medalist and 2010 Olympic Youth Champion Evaldas Petrauskas faces Semjon Kamanin for the Dream Boxing Baltic Welterweight Title. Both gentlemen are unbeaten in the professional ranks, and the winner advances to a Dream Boxing World Title fight at a future KOK & Dream Boxing event in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The Petrauskas-Kamanin all-Baltic battle is the evening’s main event, and the final bout of Part 2 of the event.

Ramaska Faces Fedorovic for Bushido Title

Headlining Part 1 of the KOK Classic 3 is an MMA title match in the -71 kg weight category. Lithuanian standouts Zygimantas Ramaska and Osvaldas Fedorovic meet for the championship.

KOK: The Next Generation

As in previous KOK Classic events, some of the top young kickboxers from the region will be in action this Saturday.

Unbeaten teenager Lukas Banevicius, Dominykas Dirkstys, and the flamboyant Dovydas Rimkus are all scheduled to compete.

Rising star Matas Pultarazinskas returns after a layoff due to injury. He’ll face Polish fighter Lukasz Leczycki, a tough opponent who drew with Latvia’s Eduard Misins in June.

Pultarazinskas will look to win in impressive fashion, and set up a tentative November 14 showdown with rival Rimkus. The two youngsters have gone back-and-forth for months, and there’s building anticipation for the rivals to finally settle their differences in the ring.
